TERRIBLE BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. Robert Landis should not be in business the way he conducts himself! I went to purchase a 2004 T300 Bobcat on 5-15-18 @ 7:30 am. My 2 employees noticed a large bolt missing for a roller on the rubber track machine. He went to look underneath machine and said "yeh, it needs some welding work" He told my 2 guys to let me know to go ahead to get it repaired at our Bobcat in Watertown, WI. I called him on his cell phone that this was the case and he confirmed minor welding needed to be done. Once the machine made it back to Bobcat Watertown, WI 5-16-18 @ 10:00 am, Jon the service manager was ready to check over and brought in. After looking over, it needed MAJOR work on one track. It was a $1,912.00 to repair. Jon, called Robert up to discuss and it ended with Robert hanging up the phone. Robert failed to answer or return my calls. It is now headed to the courts and they will sort it out. Sad in this day and age how people can do business like that and sleep at night!
