I worked here in the past. Pay is vary poor and labor vary demanding. 12 hour days 5 days a week when busy. I once had to excuse myself because of a heath related issue, I was given a hard time about it because I had to leave an hour early. Expect your Saturdays to be spent here. If you try and get off a Saturday you will be given a hard time as well. Money is more important than anything at this place. Your just a number not an employee. I recommend staying far away as possible from this place.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Dentech is just plan awful!!! I work for a company that uses Donaldson-Torit dust collectors for it’s process, and Dentech has done the installation and service for probably 15 years or so. Over the past 5 years Dentech service has been all but non existent. You constantly have to stay on them to make sure they install everything correctly, and or even give you a quality product. If I was Donaldson-Torit, I would not want these guys installing my equipment or representing me. Going forward, I think we will be having a different vendor just so we will not have to deal with Dentech, which is a shame because the Donaldson equipment is good, just the service and installation is just plan awful. Stay away from Dentech because it is awful to get any kind of service out of them, and if you do, it want be right.
